On this recent retreat, we learned to value silence and being present. (The sound of silence is amazing sometimes 💫)On these silent walks out in nature, it took some practice to slow down and notice as much as we could. But I loved it, bc the silence gave each of us a chance to listen to that little voice within. When we allow distractions to fall aside, we’re left with what’s in front of us, and what’s inside of us. ✨ There’s a sense of peace and freedom that comes from that.
After holding several Trauma Release workshops, Jen and I felt the need to expand into empowering and uplifting the spirit after guiding it to release.
This retreat feels full circle, where we teach methods to release first, and then ways to empower your spirit so that you leave feeling whole and uplifted. Alchemizing…turning pain into power.
This is an “I’m so excited to share this retreat!” announcement. More details coming later, but pls save the date if you feel called to this experience.
July 21-23 in Cave Creek, AZ
The most import journey you’ll ever make is the one I use yourself. And how do you journey to yourself? For me, it’s sitting still and meditating. It’s hard to stop our minds from running, but try this breathing technique and visualization first to see if you can focus on one thing, instead of a million things. This will not only help if you’re trying to meditate. Once your mind gets trained in this way, it’ll be better at slowing down, staying focused, and remaining calm - so you’re better able to step back and gain perspective, better able to respond, instead of react. Doing this at the beginning of your meditation will help you along this journey to yourself. ✨💖✨ And breathe into your BELLY!!! #pocketgoodies
