Morning was the perfect time to take Yoga class in Cabo San Lucas. It got me up in the morning, got my bones moving, and prepared me for the rest of our very active stay in Mexico.

Headaches, vertigo, neck pain, TMJ, and poor posture! It’s not the back of your neck causing this. The front is pulling you down! Poor breathing, poor sitting position or furniture, and we all know “tech neck”

Stretch the front, work on proper breathing mechanics at all times. Lay on your back with your legs up #staticback reposition your head.

Evan and His Story

“I just want to help people!” said Evan Litchfield. When these words are said with the utmost sincerity, you knew how much this meant to him.

After a short stint in corporate America, Evan knew his calling is in training. Now, with over a decade of experience as a club volleyball coach and four years as a NASM certified personal trainer, having trained hundreds of clients, understanding their needs before, during and after their exercises, Evan opened his own studio, Pre-Post, in the heart of Thousand Oaks, specializing in Posture therapy with one goal in mind-to take people get out of pain.

“By getting rid of the pain (with posture therapy), clients can look forward to goals they didn’t think were possible anymore.” The right posture also helps athletes ensure their long term success.

One of the main methodologies Pre-Post uses, the Egoscue Method, looks at the entire body and addresses the root cause of pain, which may not be at the site of the pain. Pre-Posts also educate their clients to keep the pain away-no drugs, no surgery.
