Hello my friends! I have been going through some big awakenings to know more perfectly how to share the gifts from Wisdom Dakinis as a Terton who carries what Tibetan Buddists know as 'Mind Terma".
This involves changing my name to an Irish name that more closely represents my lineage and power. Brian Boru was the progenitor of the O'Brien clan and the part Bri means royalty and higher order. The name Brene' is pronounced 'Bren ay, like Rene'. It really feels more right to me than my given birth name.
Also, I'm so excited to announce SHAMBHALA DAKINI CODES as my new website and business name. Please visit and learn more about what this enlightened mind health offer is about.

💜 Honouring Mikao Usui Sensei 💜

Today, we remember Mikao Usui Sensei, whose teachings gave rise to the practice of Reiki that continues to touch the lives of people around the world.

His vision was not simply about healing, but about living with greater awareness, compassion and balance. Through the Reiki Principles, he left us timeless guidance that continues to inspire practitioners on their personal and spiritual journeys.

More than a century later, Reiki is shared across cultures and continents, connecting people through a common intention of kindness, respect and wellbeing.

Today, we pause with gratitude for Mikao Usui Sensei's life, his wisdom, and the enduring legacy he entrusted to future generations.

May we honour his teachings not only in our practice, but in the way we live each day.

💜 "Just for today… be grateful." A simple reminder that continues to guide us all.
