This past weekend's Tera Mai Reiki Level 1 class was such a profound, amazing experience. It was so much more than just a Reiki class.

It was an honor to hold space for this spectrum of brilliant souls. To witness them also holding space for one another and for themselves. To watch them bloom into a whole new version of themselves.

To see each of them reach up, remember, and reclaim a critical component of their identity as Divine beings.

To hold them as they stepped deeper into their power.

This was so. Much. More. Than just a Reiki class.

Our mini Bengal Nala's favorite spot is in the sunroom, among the Tarot decks, books, and tropical trees. Here, her DNA is activated, bathed in sunlight and the soothing presence of the yucca tree. In these moments, our little jungle cat remembers who she is. She knows that in this era she is small, but she recalls lifetimes of power and might. And it brings her peace, understanding the wholeness of her essence.

They say your clients don't care what certifications you have, only what results you deliver. And maybe that's true. I'll tell you what though... I CARE.

I care about my clients, and I care about making sure they know that when they work with me, they're working with the best! While a certification alone does not guarantee perfection, it sets a baseline. It is a guarantee that you will not receive LESS than a professional, skilled, well learned expert in the art of supporting YOU in reaching your goals.

And so, it is with honor and peaceful humility that I present my certification as a holistically trained Health & Wellness Nurse Coach, a specialty certification recognized by the American Nurses Association. I completed this profoundly impactful training a couple of years ago, and have been utilizing the invaluable skills i acquired since then. But today, I finally took my board exams 🙃 🏁

Now, I have one more certification i am currently working on that i will receive in a few months... and THIS ONE... oh ho ho... is going to be a game changer! 😍 I can't wait to share it with you all! 🤗

🌔 July’s Full Moon in Capricorn was exact today, 7/3, at 7:39 a.m. EST. Being ruled by Saturn in Pisces, it's asking us to get real about the dreams we’ve been working hard on. This has been an ongoing theme for the past year with Jupiter in Ta**us, which picked up steam with last month's Full Moon in Sagittarius and is now starting to come to a head. You may be starting to not just see what needs to be done, but to start taking steps, however small they may be, to ACT on your plans.

🪐 Saturn in retrograde asks us to reevaluate the methods by which we have been working to bring things into our reality. To reflect on what is working, and what needs to be adjusted.

☄️ A loose square to Chiron in Aries can trigger self-doubt, but there is an overabundant sense of hope that we can choose to lean into instead.

🤞This Full Moon will trine Jupiter, proving an expansive sense of optimism that we can tap into and use to our advantage, elevating our frequency to a higher vibrational match to our goals. This trine provides us with the opportunity to expand our work beyond the previous boundaries we had set for ourselves. Because of this, we can really tap into higher frequencies of growth in the tangible, physical world.

**New Moon in Gemini: Double Trouble**

IT’S A NEW MOON, SO THAT MUST MEAN EVERYTHING IS BRIGHT, CHEERY, AND FULL STEAM AHEAD…RIGHT?

Well, not exactly…

Tonight’s New Moon in Gemini could have you feeling a bit sluggish, drained, and tired. You may also feel disillusioned, not able to see things clearly, or confused about your next steps. With a square to Neptune, Saturn going retrograde today, and Venus entering her retrograde shadow soon, you may find yourself feeling a bit stuck. Or, you may start to go down some mental rabbit holes, “circling the drain,” and losing your grip. Relationships may come into focus now, but know that there may be some hidden facts that you aren’t seeing clearly.

Long story short, this New Moon is a bit of a kicker. Try not to overcomplicate things. Keep it simple. Watch out for downward spirals.

The thing is, we all have to go through this energy. It’s happening for a reason, asking us to take a pause, to evaluate the facts, but not get lost in them. Go easy on yourself. A great way to work with the difficult aspect from Neptune can be to tune into the art of surrender. For now, allow yourself to go with the flow.

Hey Loves!

How is today’s solar eclipse energy treating you? A solar eclipse can bring *powerful* new beginnings, particularly a solar eclipse in Aries, the sign of beginnings! However, there is a catch with today’s eclipse, which went exact today at 12:13 a.m. EST - it falls at 29 degrees of Aries, considered the anaretic or critical degree as the last degree of the sign. This means major endings must occur to make space for what is coming in. And so, this is a time of endings and new beginnings all in one.

At the same time, a square between Mars and Chiron can bring some painful old wounds to the surface, inflaming them and ripping them open to be felt all over again. With the Sun and Moon moving into Ta**us a few hours later, and Mercury, Uranus, and the North Node already in Ta**us, we must take a good look at what we value - starting with ourselves. Do you believe you are worth the dream? Do you believe you have what it takes?

You are called to take note of your self-worth today, and whether you believe you can truly achieve what it is that your heart is set on. It’s time to put an end to the part of you that holds you back.

🌊 Over 50 people registered for yesterday's amazing event! We opened up to a line out the door! Our whole team worked so hard to serve the people and create an unforgettably elevated experience ✨ 🤳 These are a few pics I was able to take after a couple of hours when it slowed down a little bit. Even as you see these pics, there were groups of people in the Sound Wave room with Sunshyne of @harambeehouseofwellness , with the beautiful Goddesses doing divine work in the Reiki Rush room, and upstairs waiting on an empowering photo shoot with @glasseyedtigress ! Yesterday was truly an incredible event. Friends who hadn't seen each other in years bumped into each other and squealed with delight 😄 New connections were made with like minded seekers on similar spiritual journeys 👩🏿‍❤️‍👩🏽 Bookworms chilled in the Lit Lounge reading and writing 🤓 💖 People left the Reiki Rush room with tears in their eyes, touched and transformed in the span of minutes. 🌬 Spirit supported us, so that we could support you in this magical space that we have been entrusted with for *you* ✨ There was something for everyone, and everyone got what they needed and more than what they came for. 💜 So grateful to everyone who made this possible. Full Moons are not for release 🌝

Hey everyone! If you've done a Full Moon release ceremony and questioned if you did something "wrong" or doubted whether it worked... It may have just been the timing! Here is the full explanation of the energetics: 🌕 Full Moons are NOT the time to release! This was made up by the New Age spiritual community and does not actually align with the energy of the lunar cycle. 👉🏼 If you do a "release ceremony" around the time of the Full Moon and the Full Moon is not exact yet, then you’re doing it during the waxing moon. The waxing moon is the energy of INCREASE.
