You have probably heard it and will continue to hear ...Vitamin D is proving to be increasingly effective when it comes to overall immune health.

A study done at the beginning of COVID, included adult patients with PCR-confirmed COVID-19 infection admitted to Galilee Medical Center between April 7th, 2020, and February 4th, 2021. Patients under the age of 18 years old were excluded from this study.

“Of 1176 individuals admitted for COVID-19 at the Galilee Medical Center between April 7th, 2020, and February 4th, 2021, 253 (21.5%) individuals (mean age 63.3 [SD = 18.6] years; 144 [56.9%] women) had historical 25(OH)D levels obtained between 14 and 730 days before their first positive COVID-19 test.”

A lot is in the air right now and it is easier said than done when it comes to stress and reducing levels of stress in the body. It can manifest as inadequate sleep, mood disorders, or physical signs can show up as hair loss.
