If you overdid it, here is what I recommend.

✅Water. Yep again. Always. It’s the secret sauce. Hydrate today. A lot. 💦

✅Throw out the junk! Yep. Toss it in the trash. Or go give it to a neighbor, but get it out of your eyesight. You don’t want one day of indulging to turn into two. 😉

✅Create a plan. Many wait until the 4th is over to get serious about their health. It’s the 5th…what’s your plan?
No plan=no action. 🤷🏻‍♀️

✅Set small attainable goals. Don’t plan a marathon, plan to walk 3 days a week. Don’t plan to never eat carbs again. Balance them with protein. 🚶‍♀️

✅Keep it simple. Don’t know about you but if it requires too much prepping and thinking, I can’t sustain it. Have simple things you can grab and go on hand. Know what you will do for meals out. Simple wins every time.
