Tonight was lit and this class brought the heat 🔥 They came in and was ready for the challenge and I must say they owns up to it. Even my little ones got a piece of the fire tonight 🙅🏽‍♀️🔥. I love it and I love them. Thank you all for the love and support . Be safe and have an awesome week. 🙅🏽‍♀️🔥

As my day wraps up, I want to take a moment to acknowledge these incredible women. Tough Love Tuesday was a success, thanks in part to Maunea Smith-Hairston and Shannan Easterly, who crushed it in their first stepping session. Shauna Mckinney's boundless energy and enthusiasm are always inspiring. Remember, perseverance is key - giving up is never an option.
