For the past seven years, I’ve had the absolute privilege of coaching some of the most hardworking, dedicated humans out there. Whether you trained with me once a week or showed up like clockwork, thank you! Your support built this business—and it’s been an honor to be part of your strength journey.🙏🏼

Starting June 2025, besides my current clients; I’ll be moving to online coaching only. I will continue to have very limited in-person availability for those training to compete in Powerlifting ‼️

If you’ve been thinking about starting personal training, now’s the time! I’m still accepting in-person clients through the end of May—reach out and let’s get to work.

And don’t worry—something new is on the way: a program focused entirely on functional strength for real life. Stay tuned.
