Please do yourself, and myself a favor..... When you make an appointment, PLEASE write it down or put it in your phone calendar. So many people solely rely on the app to send a reminder text, and if they don't get it, they don't show up. Then they get marked as a no show and get upset about that.

I actually had a man get mad at me, because HE CHANGED HIS PHONE NUMBER, and didn't call me to change it in my app and then yelled at me because he didn't get the reminder.... NOT MY FAULT... NOT MY APPS FAULT.... Had he used a calendar, maybe we wouldn't have had that problem.

Some have told me they didn't get the reminder text for whatever reason. AGAIN, it's a booking app. Not me sending out reminders. Maybe they sent stop and the app doesn't text them anymore. Maybe they blocked the number on accident. Maybe they sent it to archive. Maybe they changed their phone number. Maybe the app was acting up. Who knows..... Moral of the story, don't rely on technology all of the time!!!

⭐⭐NEW APPOINTMENT POLICY⭐⭐

To continue providing the best possible service to all of my clients, a new appointment policy will be going into effect.
Due to an increasing number of no-call/no-show appointments and last-minute cancellations, I will require all clients to sign an appointment agreement and keep a valid credit card on file when booking appointments.
This is not to single anyone out. All clients and all future clients will be required to sign this agreement and put a credit card on file!
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments make it difficult to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
Moving forward, the appointment agreement will outline the cancellation and no-show policy, including any applicable fees. Your card will only be charged when the terms of the policy are not followed.
I truly value and appreciate your business, and this policy is not intended to inconvenience anyone. It is simply necessary to protect my time, my business, and the availability of appointments for clients who are committed to their scheduled time.
Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support. I appreciate you! 🤍

I know it's only October ... But I'm telling you ..... I've already started booking appointments for Thanksgiving and Christmas!!!! Don't wait until the last minute to make those holiday hair appointments!!!!

I just looked at my schedule ..... For the remainder of the month of October...I have 3 haircut openings available!!! All morning appointments. If you're interested in a haircut before Halloween, message me!!!!

Had a great time with the ladies at Hot Rootz Hair Studio at the Columbus hair show! My first ever hair show..... Only took me 29 years in the industry to actually go to one! Lol.....
