Every time someone asks me if I am a stylist or a fashion designer little me beams like a care bear. 🌈

When I was younger, I dared not take up space….Conform, shrink, do as your told.

I was always a believer in miracles. A lover of life. A dreamer. Someone who in their gut knew there was more. 🌟

When my third eye opened during a deep meditation, it shook me to my core. There was NO pressure, guilt, shame. It was ALL Unconditional Love. 🧘🏻‍♂️💡

SUCH an incredible connection with this sweet dog Jojo. While walking during a rain storm in a Costa Rican jungle, this little guide silently ran ahead leading the way. Every time I caught up with him, he moved ahead to the next spot waiting for me to catch up in total silence. I wanted to pet him and thank him for his assistance, but Jojo was focused on guiding me through the rain storm. He disappeared when I exited the jungle safe and sound. I felt so close to him. It was such a spiritual experience.

Two days later who is waiting for me in the restaurant where my friends and I decided to eat?!? JOJO. He let me pet him and soak up all the love. Animals are so incredible.

I found out later he didn’t have a home and the owner of the Airbnb spot I was staying at rescued him, fed him and he never left the property after that.

It has been a long time coming. There isn’t a single experience in your life that is meant to be discarded that isn’t packed with nutrient rich wisdom. Your dreams, your visions, your light, your living, breathing, relationship with love is all connected to your PEACE. Your bone deep internal peace. There is a formula like all things. PERMISSION and COURAGE to spread your wings. VULNERABILITY to access your heart. The energetic seat of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Our lives are meant to be a continuous, intimate, explorational relationship with this love. Free of CONDITIONS. Free of PRESSURE. FREE.

How do we access this? Through your BREATH. Every living thing breathes in one way or another. There is a dance, a flow, a push, a pull. When we BREATHE, we take up SPACE honestly. I am so grateful to combine all my gifts, wear all my hats and share them with Courage and Vulnerability.

So many of us are afraid to be vulnerable. Vulnerability is simply the absence of armor. Permission, Expression, Space, Safety…. the road to Unconditional Love.

Montauk I will be coming back and forth for the season working at Marram with their guests leading healing meditations and giving private sessions.

I will be at offering group classes at the Montauk Salt Cave Sundays 9am, 10am, 11am,12pm and 1pm and Mondays 10am,11am, 12pm. I am available for private sessions at the salt cave.

In addition I have limited availability for house calls, in person sessions and virtual sessions.

NYC clients I have limited availability for in person sessions.

If you are interested in exploring a session, I specialize in blockages. My practice is based on Unconditional Love and releasing fear/ density etc (the conditional energy) from your energetic field. I combine reiki, shamanic practices and breath work to help you take up space.

All I need on your end is permission to send energy, COURAGE to receive it. Your name, how you would like to feel and where the physical pain in your body is/ emotional discomfort.

I meet you where you are and will take you as far as you are willing to go. Everything in life is a choice.
