Losing my two babies to miscarriages, going through a heartbreaking divorce due to infertility, and transitioning into retirement has been a whirlwind of emotions.
When I was diagnosed with mild depression, I was given a choice: medication or meditation.
I chose meditation.
It's been a journey of self-discovery, healing, and finding inner peace.
The path hasn't always been easy, but each day, I've learned to embrace the present moment and cultivate a deeper connection with myself.
Meditation has become my anchor, guiding me through the storm of loss and change.

This was my client's plea last night. It was a prompt request, and I dropped everything I was doing because it was her Soul who made contact.

📣 Here's the truth: Avoiding moms with toddlers can only exacerbate our feelings toward them.
We will encounter them everywhere, and it's an inevitable part of life!
The key lies in changing how you perceive this situation.
You have a choice:
❌️ Continue harboring these feelings,
✅️ Or focus on finding peace within yourself.
For instance, at the beach, instead of fixating on the presence of the giggles of moms and toddlers, you could shift your attention to the soothing sounds of the waves.
Immerse yourself in the experience—no thoughts, no emotions, just you and the ocean.
Allow the sounds of the waves to be all that you hear, and concentrate on the feelings they evoke within you, be it peace, calm, or serenity.
By consistently practicing this redirection of focus, you'll find that being around the triggering sights of moms and toddlers no longer affects you as it once did.
This approach has served me well for over five years since the miscarriages and failed treatments.
P.S. The ocean is merely an example. If you're in a park, try listening to the birds.
On a plane, listen to your favorite playlist.
The goal is to shift your attention away from the source of discomfort.
You'll be surprised by how much control you have over your thoughts and emotions ❤️
