As our Marketing Area Director you must have experience in territory development, sales, team building and management.

While leading and mentoring your team will be important, this person will also oversee:

A social media presence and Marketing Strategy- Innitiate and implement the company marketing strategies that drive delivery of the target revenue and client profit goals.

Marketing Analytics - Develop predictive analytics and metrics to quantify the velocity and conversion rate between marketing funnel stages, from lead creation to successful close/win.

Marketing Innovation- Drive innovations with the company innovative direct and digital marketing processes and systems, to transform existing client marketing processes for a better ROI.

Creating a connected team & culture- Foster a culture of excellence while motivating your team inspiring, engaging, and achieving a leadership model.

Job Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

Create email campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue with our proven email system.

Grow the Newsletter client database:

Optimize email campaigns for maximum open and click-through rates.

Develop segmentation strategies to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure email campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals.

Develop and maintain email marketing calendars and schedules.

Monitor email campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis.

Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices.

Social Media Marketing:
-
Creating engaging posts for popular social media platforms.

Reading and responding to comments, questions and messages from social media followers.

Leading and motivating sales team with marketing strategies.

Monitoring social media platforms to identify conversations about relevant brands and topics.

Developing, implementing and optimizing social media strategies for business clients.

Creating social media marketing goals and tracking related key performance indicators (KPIs).

Interpreting social media analytics and creating reports that demonstrate progress toward goals.

Job Type: Full-time Remote.

Pay: $10,000 per month base salary.

Supplemental pay : $75.00 listing commission for each signed and paid business client.

Bonus pay: Monthly and annual bonuses (determined monthly and annual This year we expect the annual top producer bonus to be in the area of $75,000)
