Today, we’re wearing our capes for some pretty incredible superheroes! This Cape Day, SGMC Health is celebrating some of the bravest superheroes around: kids facing health challenges and injuries. 🦸✨

As part of the Kids Alliance for Better Care (KidsABC), SGMC Health is teaming up with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Mercer University School of Medicine, and its Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center Mercer University School of Medicine to help make quality pediatric care more accessible for families in rural communities. 💚

Today, we’re putting on our capes and cheering on the incredible kids whose courage, strength, and resilience inspire us all. Here’s to our littlest heroes! 💪

This Sleep Technologist Week, we’re shining a light on the amazing team at the SGMC Health Sleep Center! While most of us are sleeping, our sleep techs are hard at work monitoring brain waves, breathing patterns, and other activity that can help identify sleep disorders and provide valuable answers for patients. 🧠

With expertise, compassion, and plenty of overnight dedication, they help patients feel comfortable while working toward healthier, more restful sleep. 🌙

We’re excited to recognize another group of SGMC Health nurses for completing the year-long Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program! Throughout the program, they’ve learned from mentors, gained valuable hands-on experience, and continued developing the confidence and skills needed as they grow in their nursing careers. 🩺
