We are all guilty of saying this at some time or another....Rick & I included. But we always try to remember that everyone has the same 24 hour period. It's what we chose to squeeze into that 24 hours that is important. A good exercise workout only takes an hour out of that 24. Why not spend that hour keeping yourself healthy!

Ever hear that eating the WHOLE egg is not good for you? That it raises your cholesterol level? Well, I have good news for you. You can eat the WHOLE egg! Here's why:

We don't normally post anything from "other" diets out there, but this one is very tasty and excellent for decreasing water retention (feeling bloated). We mix all the ingredients in a pitcher of water and let sit in fridge overnight.
Nutrition plan and drinking 8 glasses of Sassy Water per day, helps you get rid of the excessive water in your body and prevent constipation.
Took advantage of this gorgeous day and we rode our bikes to work (Hanford 33 miles). 76 degrees over here.

Here's a good, healthy breakfast option for you. Do you like peanut butter? How about oatmeal? Try combining the two!
----scramble an egg (yes, the WHOLE egg)
----make 1/2 cup oatmeal and add 2 Tblsp. all-natural peanut butter to the oatmeal. Sprinkle on a dab of cinnamon and a sweetener if needed. Now you have your protein, carb, and fiber. You'll LOVE the oatmeal! Kind of takes like a Snickers bar.
