Water it and it will grow 🌼

Do you agree?

I’m on the tail end of a two week adventure and this has been on my mind the whole time.

Health is so much more than what we see on here.

I think I feel so passionate about this one concept because

A. I lived it for so long.

B. I see my younger self and so many people. We’re all just looking for answers. But in reality, we need to stop, look within, and play the trial and error game.

There’s rarely such thing as a quick fix

Life experience will always win

I hate to admit that the last multiple years I’ve watched videos like this and felt insanely jealous..

How is it possible?

How can I do that?

I want to give up…

It’s so hard…

Why is it so hard?

Let me tell you… The past three years I have gone through some major therapy. I’ve worked through a lot of s**t. Like a lot.

Did you know you can suppress memories?

Did you know feelings of trauma can stay in your body?

Did you know you can release that trauma out of your body?

Did you know that doing so will help regulate your emotions in your day to day life?

Did you know that can change your life and help you see the reality around you?

Well, I know this now… actually I’m living it now ❤️

Sometimes it’s not that you just can’t stick to your plan.

Sometimes it’s OK to ask for help.

It’s not easy, but you can do this ❤️❤️

I’m stronger physically and mentally than I ever have been.

I have amazing support around me, and I’m finally learning how to lean into that support and not do it all alone.
