🍎✨ POISONED APPLE PROTECTION ✨🍎
A little folklore. A little magic. A whole lot of calming and self-trust.

Some of the most powerful creations are born in the moments when we are learning how to protect ourselves, reclaim our power, and believe in our own happily ever after. 🌹

The story behind my Poisoned Apple Protection Loose Incense began during the early stages of my breast cancer healing journey.

I was watching Snow White with my daughter, and when the poisoned apple appeared in the hands of the old hag, I found myself looking beyond the familiar fairytale. Knowing the folklore, I began to notice deeper themes woven into the story: deception disguised as something beautiful, the importance of discernment, the power of protection, and the commitment we make to ourselves when we choose to trust our own knowing.

What if protection isn't just about keeping the darkness out?

What if it's also about seeing clearly, recognizing what isn't aligned with us, and having the confidence to choose ourselves? 🍎🛡️

That moment sparked the creation of a loose incense unlike anything I've made before.

🌹 Crafted with intention. Rooted in magical folklore. Created for energetic protection.

Most batches begin with apples I've personally gathered from local Missouri orchards. I hand-cut the apples and carefully dehydrate them, transforming a familiar symbol of temptation and transformation into part of this unique ritual blend.

Rose brings the frequency of love into the recipe, reminding us that the most powerful protection doesn't have to feel harsh, fearful, or defensive. Sometimes, protection is warm. Sometimes, it's calming. Sometimes, it's the quiet confidence of knowing who you are and what you will allow into your life.

Three different resins bring additional depth to this intentionally crafted blend. The remaining ingredients are part of my closely held recipe, developed through my own creative and spiritual practice.

This is not a formula you'll find repeated somewhere else. It's an original creation born from personal experience, folklore, and the intention to create something deeply meaningful.

✨ Who is Poisoned Apple Protection for?

🍎 The person learning to trust their intuition again.

🌹 The sensitive soul who wants to feel grounded, calm, and energetically supported.

🛡️ The spiritual practitioner and practical person looking for peace, calming, and sensations of bridging their sanctuary of their inner world to the outer world.

✨ The Power of Intuitive Readings and the Connections We Share ✨

One of the most beautiful parts of offering intuitive readings at the Ren Fest is when people return specifically to find me, share their stories, and tell me how a reading positively impacted their lives. Those moments are deeply meaningful and sacred to me. ❤️
When someone takes the time to come back and share what happened after their reading, what resonated, or how the messages brought them clarity, comfort, or a positive shift in their life, I never take that lightly. These aren't just moments in my work; they are meaningful connections that stay with me long after the reading ends.
The truth is, these people have a powerful impact on my life, too. Their stories, their trust, and their willingness to share a piece of their journey with me remind me why this work is so important. While I may offer a reading to them, the connection and what they share in return often touch my heart just as deeply. It is a beautiful exchange, and I feel genuinely honored to be part of it. ✨🙏🌹
I never know what will come through in a reading. I don't add to it, take away from it, or try to make it fit a particular story. The narrative isn't mine, it's theirs and the Divine. I honor the reading and its components exactly as they come through, trusting the intuitive process and the energy of the moment.
Through my mediumship and intuitive connection, I allow the information to unfold naturally, sharing what I receive rather than what I think someone wants to hear. I don't edit or control the message; I simply honor what comes through.
There are many misconceptions about oracle readings, intuition, and mediumship, including the belief that they are somehow evil or something to fear. I believe there is a meaningful distinction between fear and understanding. I approach this work with respect, intention, discernment, and an open heart. The oracle is a tool, intuition is part of how I receive, and the reading becomes a space for insight, reflection, and connection.
For me, this work isn't about creating a story or telling someone what they want to hear. It's about allowing the reading to speak for itself, trusting the intuitive process, and honoring what comes through without changing its message.
To everyone who has sat with me, trusted the process, and returned to share how your reading touched your life: Thank you., thank you, thank you. 🙏
You may come back to tell me how much your reading meant to you, but I hope you know that your stories mean just as much to me. You remind me that this connection goes both ways, and I am deeply grateful for the impact you have on my life, too. ✨🌀🙏🌹
Some readings are simply moments, but the connections and the impact we have on one another can stay with us for a lifetime. ✨
A shout out to the beautiful folk who came this weekend with their heart tugging, watering eyed shares. Their faith in themselves, trust in the unknown, and hope anchored from the reading made their and my life bigger and better than I could have imaged by sharing their stories. 🙏💚
Inspiring souls.
This post is applied to all of you gorgeous people 😍 who ever participated in an intuitive energy healing session or intuitive Oracle reading from me and shared feedback, insight, and shared your stories.
I'm blessed to be of service to you through divine presence and existence.
Thank you ✨🙏❤️

Looking 👀 at these POUND Jewelry pendulums adorning these beautiful souls is tear jerking! 🥺 Here's the story...
The relationship between a woman and her pendulum is far more than a simple practice of divination; or wearing a crystal for its beauty. To me, it is a profound, mystical dialogue between the subconscious and conscious self and the unseen currents of the universe. For centuries, women have adorned themselves with these sacred tools, wearing them as necklaces over their hearts or carrying them in velvet pouches, treating them as extensions of their own intuition and spiritual anatomy. This is an expression of the highest self.
When a woman holds a pendulum to discover if they belong together, I witness a subtle alchemy that occurs between her and the crystal. This reflects her deep inner wisdom the seeker of the crystal and the.codea the pendulum itself holds that goes beyond words. They each recognize their unique energy signature. If they match, they come together. If they don't, every single woman returns the pendulum to the rack. I look away and hold my breath, for this is her moment at the crossroads. She knows. She trusts. She uncovers what is deeply hidden in her intuition . When a woman places the pendulum back, she's not disappointed. She gazes with a mystical reverence and knows that it's for another person. What I love most in that moment is I see she's holding out for the right relationship. Pure power.
✨
Each time a POUND jewelry piece is touched, I am completely moved by how each woman tunes into her inner authority from her ancient wisdom and inner vibrations, chooses what will happen next through the truth of her energy and rhythms. The ego is not present. That's the magic, right there, that I see happening with each purchase.✨
The way the pendulum rests on near their hearts and the glow on their beautiful soul filled faces is exactly why I carry these one of a kind pieces.
I mean , WOW 🤯, these women!! They are beyond ✨!!
I restocked lapis, black tourmaline, clear quartz, moss agate, and garnet!
Amazonite and rose quartz (what a powerful team that would be) are featured this weekend!!

Something is stirring at Sacred Smoke & Ritual as Samhain is approaching. After my first self-guided ancestral walk through the forest, crossing creeks, wandering wild fields, gathering herbs, and learning the folk traditions and lifeways of those who came before me, I felt a deeper connection to the wisdom carried through generations. Through my ancestors' inherited practices, my innate connection to nature, and the inner knowing within the bones, I learned old rituals, herbs and remedies, the power of smoke and fire in the night, the sacred meaning of offerings, the protection found in ancient wisdom, and the seasonal practices passed from hand to hand and heart to heart.
This Samhain, I’m bringing that ancestral wisdom into an exclusive collection created for rituals of reverence for the wisdom in our bones, remembrance, ritual, and connection with ancient ways of knowing.
Small batch. Intentionally crafted. Rooted in herbs, folk tradition, seasonal ritual, and the sacred relationship between our ancestors and the land.
Samhain ’26 is coming…
And I am creating this one with the ancestors close at hand.

Welcome, Autumn. You gift us with a season of balance and reflection. As the days shorten and the air turns crisp, we find gratitude in the quieting garden, marking the year’s second harvest. In the crisp air, we gather what remains: apples, roots, stories, and gratitude. This is a time to honor the land’s slowing rhythm, to weave warmth from fire, smoke, rituals, and outdoor gatherings. We will take our harvest of lessons and dreams, tucking them into our hearts like seeds for the year to come. Thank you for this moment of stillness and gratitude before the sacred descent into the shadow and rest, for within your turning lies the quiet promise of regeneration.
