elementalenergyfindyourjoy.com Hello,
My name is Fallon. Namaste

I have been interested in and studying holistic health, nutrition, yoga, and yogic philosophy for many years. In 2012, I attended Yoga North, in Duluth, MN to attain my 200 hr Hatha Yoga Certification. I have been teaching ever since. At Yoga North, I learned to take yoga a from a healing perspective. We used somatics and therapeutic yoga to re-train the body to move in alignment naturally, then move on to classical hatha yoga. This way of doing yoga is extremely healing and prevents injury. It has been tremendously helpful and healing for me. I would be honored to help you heal as well.
