We want to connect with anyone who wants to free their food and empower their body.

After cancer and a rare autoimmune condition changed the way she ate, Ali wanted to enjoy the simple joys she’d always loved—including a delicious mug of hot cocoa. That inspired her to create Bare Life, reimagining nostalgic favorites with simple, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
