I think we are starved for real community.

Not more followers.
Not more networking.
Not more rooms where everyone is performing how well they’re doing.

I mean the kind of community where you can exhale.

Where you can show up as the fullest version of yourself AND the version who is still figuring it out.

When I look back at some of the most meaningful, expansive moments of my life, so many of them happened in community with other women. Other souls who were willing to go there. To look inward. To evolve. To dream bigger. To tell the truth. To witness and be witnessed.

There is something sacred that happens when we gather with intention.

And I think this is one of the spaces I love holding most.

A space safe enough that even the most guarded soul can soften.

Where the woman who has learned to hold everything together can finally put some of it down.

Where something cracks open—not because anyone forced it, but because she finally felt safe enough to hear herself again.

To remember what she desires.

To say it out loud.

To be witnessed in it.

To realize she doesn’t have to become who she’s becoming alone.

We were never meant to do all of this alone. 🤍

And I will never stop believing in the magic that happens when women gather, tell the truth, and remind one another who they are.

Just like this pregnancy, Olivia’s birth was another beautiful portal of surrender. 🤍

Of letting go, letting God, trusting the unfolding, and allowing myself to be fully held and supported.

A reminder that there is so much beauty in releasing control, receiving love, and letting others walk alongside us.

So incredibly grateful for the love, care, and support that surrounded us, including our incredible doula couplesretreat and the amazing team at Geauga Hospital, who made us feel so safe, seen, and supported throughout this sacred experience.

Welcome to the world, our sweet Olivia. ✨

You are so deeply loved, and we are beyond grateful that God chose us to be your family. 🤍

What my soul was made for. 🤍

Loving my family deeply.
Having the flexibility to actually be here for this life we’re creating.

Helping make the wild little desires of these tiny humans come to life.

Serving women.
Coaching them back to themselves, their bodies, their truth, and their connection to something greater.

Hosting retreats alongside my bestie.
Creating sacred spaces where women get to exhale, be held, and remember who they are.

Building a business that supports my life instead of requiring me to sacrifice it.

I used to think I had to choose.

The present mother or the ambitious woman.
The family or the business.
The sacred or the strategic.
The deep inner work or the big wild dreams.

I don’t believe that anymore.

I believe we get to build lives big enough to hold all of us.

The motherhood.
The mission.
The money.
The connection.
The creativity.
The rest.
The ridiculous dreams that make absolutely no sense to anyone else but feel like truth in our bodies.

This is the work I get to do with women.

Not building a life that looks good from the outside.

Building one that feels like yours from the inside.

And lately, I keep looking around thinking…

Oh. This is it.

This is what my soul was made for. 🤍

To be fair, I’m not completely insane. 😂

I DID get permission from my OBGYN to fly to Iowa at 33 weeks pregnant to help hold the incredible women at The Summer Camp For Creative Women.

And also… there were definitely moments somewhere between two planes, a three-hour car ride, and my very pregnant body where I thought:

Julia. What are we doing?! 😂

But then I got there.

And I remembered exactly why I came.

To hold women who are so used to holding everyone else.

To help them get out of their heads and back into their bodies.

To slow down long enough to actually hear themselves.

To notice what they’re carrying that was never theirs to carry.

To create space for God and their version of higher power to speak louder than the noise.

To remind them that their truth doesn’t usually need to be forced or figured out.

Sometimes it just needs enough quiet to finally be felt.

And THAT is the work I feel so deeply called to.

Because the women I work with are brilliant. Capable. Loving. Driven. They can strategize and problem-solve all day long.

But sometimes the next level of their life and business isn’t hiding inside another strategy.

Sometimes it’s underneath all the noise.

And getting to help women find their way back there?

Yeah.

Worth every single pregnant mile. 🤍
