One month ago today, we went Barefoot. 🌿🎪🔥

We walked across fire.
We breathed.
We danced.
We played.
We laughed.
We rested.
We connected.

A bunch of grown-ups gave themselves permission to Go Outside & Play… and somehow created this beautifully weird little world together. ❤️

One month later, I’m still looking through the photos and videos thinking…

Yeah. We need to do that again.

So we are. 😏

Everything you need is already within you.

I remember listening to a lecture from Ram Dass where he said that you should never fall in love with the method… In essence, what he meant was — if you meet God through meditation, meditation just created a doorway to God. If you feel loved with another, it’s because the other person just awakens the love within you.

Don’t become addicted to the method that creates the feeling. The feeling already exists.

Just landed on the farm and already made two new friends. 🐴🌿

There’s something about standing beside a horse that makes you slow down, get present, and drop everything else for a minute.
