Did you know I make my own massage cream? Nourishing but not greasy. All natural and organic ingredients, unscented and made weekly.

I've been doing a lot community business building this last couple of weeks.

I will always support another massage therapist's business. It doesn't threaten what I do, because even if our businesses are similar - we are still going about it differently. I will always refer clients to someone else if they do something different or better than me or if their location is more convenient for the client. I love to geek out with other therapists and maybe learn or teach something new. Plus I need bodywork too!

Let's stop gatekeeping and competing and start supporting and lifting each other up instead.

Wanna try a different kind of bodywork?

Sarga-Thai massage combines barefoot myo-fascial techniques using a silk for tension and balance with the deep compressions and yoga-like stretching of traditional Thai massage.

I'll be offering donation based demos of Sarga-Thai this Sunday at the Pear Tree wellness collective in Greensboro for their fall into wellness fair.

Come by and try it for yourself. Book a full session at my office - new clients recieve $15 off when you book online.
