Meet Rose Ann Manalo, part of the Red House team specializing in payment posting and denial management. ❤️

Rose Ann reviews claims, identifies the root cause of denials, and works through the steps needed to resolve them. She’s especially proud of the attention to detail she brings to the work and her ability to handle claim issues accurately and efficiently.

When a difficult denial comes up, she takes the time to research the payor’s requirements and determine the right next step. She also credits her Account Manager, Tamera, for being a supportive resource whenever she needs guidance.
