Your symptoms are not random.

If your periods leave you completely drained…
If you’re bruising easily and don’t know why…
If you’re exhausted even after a full night of sleep…
If your hair feels thinner than it used to…
If your skin stays dry no matter how much you moisturize…

These may not just be “normal.” They can be signs your body is running low on key nutrients.

Heavy periods, fatigue, hair changes, and skin shifts aren’t inconveniences — they’re information.

Food is communication. Your body is always talking. The goal isn’t restriction — it’s nourishment. 🤍🌿

My favorite pregnancy stretch lately 🤰🌿

The deep squat is a simple way to stay connected to your body as it changes throughout pregnancy.

Save this one for your next mobility session, and remember: your squat doesn’t have to look perfect. Use a support, adjust your stance, or reduce your range of motion to make it feel right for you.

Move with your body, not against it. 🤍

Strength isn’t just about what you can lift in the gym—it’s about what your body can do with that strength in everyday life. 🌿

The farmer's carry is a simple movement that puts this idea into practice. Carrying weight while walking challenges your grip, core, posture, balance, and ability to stay stable while your body is moving.

Think about carrying groceries, luggage, laundry, or anything else life asks you to carry. These everyday movements require strength, stability, and control—and training them intentionally can help make those tasks feel a little easier.

You don’t need complicated exercises to build functional strength. Sometimes, the most effective movements are the ones that look a lot like real life.

Train for the life you live. 🌿

Inside a 1:1 session focused on hip strength + mobility.

Using a mix of banded work, supported squats, and controlled mobility, we’re not just “working out”—we’re helping the body move better and build strength where it’s needed.

Every exercise is chosen and adjusted in real time based on how the body responds.

At MOSS Wellness, training is built around you—your goals, your body, and what you need that day.

No templates. No guesswork.

Just intentional, supported movement.

Start with one session and feel the difference.

90% of women don’t get enough fiber. 🌿

And getting enough fiber isn’t just about keeping things “regular.”

Fiber supports digestion, helps keep you feeling satisfied after meals, supports healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and feeds the beneficial bacteria in your gut.

The good news? You don’t need to completely overhaul your diet to get more.

✨ Add berries to breakfast
✨ Choose whole grains more often
✨ Toss beans or chickpeas into lunch or dinner
✨ Snack on fruit, nuts, or seeds
✨ Add vegetables to meals you already eat
✨ Try oats, chia seeds, or ground flax for an easy fiber boost

Think add, not restrict. Start by adding one more fiber-rich food to a meal you already love and build from there.
Your gut will thank you. 🤍

Save this as your reminder to eat more plants, not just more protein.

Eating well doesn’t have to mean spending your entire Sunday meal prepping or cooking from scratch every night. 🌿

We created this Busy-Day Meal Plan to make nourishing yourself feel a little more manageable when your schedule is full. Inside, you’ll find a simple grocery list and easy meal combinations built around protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, produce, and practical extras.

The best part? You don’t have to follow it perfectly. Swap ingredients, repeat your favorites, skip what doesn’t work for you, and make it fit your schedule, preferences, and lifestyle.

Because a nourishing routine should support your real life—not create more work. 🤍
Save this for your next busy week and make mealtime one less thing to overthink.

“High protein” has become one of the biggest health halos in the grocery aisle. 🌿

Protein is important—but a high-protein label doesn’t automatically make a food nourishing.

We’re seeing more bars, chips, cookies, cereals, and other ultra-processed foods formulated with added or isolated protein and marketed around that one number. And while these foods can absolutely have a place in your diet, it’s worth looking beyond the front of the package.

What else is in it?
What is the protein source?
How much fiber does it provide?
What vitamins and minerals are coming with it?
How long is the ingredient list?
And how does it fit into the bigger picture of your diet?

Compare that with foods like eggs, fish, chicken, beef, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, beans, and edamame—where protein naturally comes alongside a variety of nutrients your body needs.

This isn't about labeling packaged protein foods as “bad.” Sometimes convenience is exactly what you need. It’s about remembering that protein is one part of nutrition—not the entire picture.

Next time you see “20g PROTEIN” in giant letters, take a second look at what comes with those 20 grams.

Protein matters. But so does the source. 🤍
