From 25 feet to 225 feet — now THAT is progress!👏

At Wylie Oaks Health & Rehab, every step forward is a reason to celebrate!

When this wonderful resident first arrived at our facility, she was only able to walk 25 feet. Through her determination, hard work, and the dedication of our incredible rehabilitation team, she is now able to walk an amazing 225 feet!🎉

That's 200 additional feet and a milestone worth celebrating!

Stories like hers remind us why we do what we do. Rehabilitation is about more than therapy — it's about rebuilding strength, restoring confidence, and helping our residents regain independence, one step at a time.

A special thank you to our amazing therapy team for their continued dedication, encouragement, and compassionate care. 💙

We remember the lives, the families, the bravery, and the unity that followed.

🩵Karen’s Success Story🩵

Recovery doesn't end at discharge — it continues with dedication and the right support.

Karen came to Wylie Oaks for inpatient skilled nursing and rehabilitation services with the goal of regaining her strength and independence. During her stay, she worked closely with our nursing and therapy teams, making steady progress every day.
After returning home, Karen chose to continue her journey through our outpatient therapy program. Today, she is walking on her own, attending her appointments independently, and enjoying a level of freedom she once thought might not be possible.

Stories like Karen’s are why we do what we do. We are proud to be part of her journey from inpatient rehabilitation to continued success in outpatient therapy.
