Be Prepared. Save Lives.

The Yuma Proving Ground Health Clinic is hosting a Basic Life Support (BLS) class on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 1400 (2:00 p.m.) in Building 990, Room 128.

Participants will learn how to:
• Recognize emergencies
• Perform CPR
• Use an automated external defibrillator (AED)

This class is open to:
• Active-duty Service Members, any branch
• National Guard and Reserve personnel, any branch
• GS employees

Please note: This class is not open to NAF employees or contractors. Space is limited.

Enrolling in the TRICARE Dental Program, three ways:

3️⃣ MAIL — Download the form at uccitdp.com

Two things to know before you start: your sponsor needs 12+ months left on their service commitment, and your DEERS info has to be current or the enrollment gets kicked back.

Enroll by the 20th and your coverage starts the 1st of next month.

"We can't afford dental insurance right now."

Let's check that. TRICARE Dental Program, monthly, for an active duty sponsor:
💲 E-5 and above: $11.72 for one person, $30.47 for the whole family
💲 E-4 and below: $8.79 for one person, $22.85 for the whole family

That's family dental coverage for about a dollar a day. Guard and Reserve rates are different, call 844-653-4061 for yours.

Set up a payroll allotment when you enroll and you'll never think about it again.

⚠️ Heads up: if premiums go unpaid, coverage ends and you can't re-enroll for a full year. The allotment protects you from that.

If you use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to manage healthcare for your spouse or family members, you need to take action to keep your shared permission access active. The portal now uses myAuth, a new, secure log-in.

Your DS Logon permissions will not transfer automatically. You must manually update your permissions. To keep managing your family's health records, log in at https://bit.ly/4jCNlSZ, select Manage Relationships, and update your permissions.
