Here’s a Health tip!

👀Don’t strive for perfection in Health , but consistency! Many people focus on being perfect in their daily diets and exercise , only to fail a week or two later.

I strive for my clients to hit either 80/20 or 90/10 because realistically it takes time …. Spend 80%/90% of the time eating healthy ,10%/ 20%where you struggle if you’ve been eating a S.A.D(Standard American Diet). I need to make sure they stay consistent Over 30 days before the habit breaks. I know for sure that staying consistent with both your nutrition and exercise plan is the key to seeing long-lasting results. ...

Consistency leads to healthy habits, ones that are sustainable enough to keep throughout your life! Now that’s success! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

💕💕Good morning to you! What’s for breakfast this morning?! For me it’s Muesli with fresh fruits 😋😊 yummy! It’s breast cancer month 🎀 and we are working hard on eating and teaching healthy lifestyles:) My grandmother just passed away and I’m reminded that she was a breast cancer survivor. She didn’t die from breast cancer, she died from heart failure. Knowing that she had breast cancer and what she went through, I push myself even more to eat healthy and stay active. 😉😉

About 1 in 8 U.S. women (about 13%) will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime. In 2021, an estimated 281,550 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S., along with 49,290 new cases of non-invasive breast cancer!!

Let’s make a move on it now!!

Side note: I’m trying to teach people how to eat to live. The rate of young people who are obese , depressed, and diseased is alarming. I’m concerned 😧 this is why I try to give the kids an array of foods to eat. I don’t want them stuck on the processed and think it’s normal! Tatum Minerva

♥️♥️♥️cheers to fresh Friday’s!!! Giving you my good brands that are all natural !! Well it all started when I decided that I had enough of that aluminum stuff that we sell here in America known as deodorant. You know, the stuff that is definitely adding to more cases of breast cancer in both women and men. Remember for breast feeding mommas , your skin is your biggest organ and it absorbs everything placed on it. Be aware….. Here are the bad guys that I stay away from…..

The bad guys:
1. Aluminum – This is the ingredient in antiperspirants that prevents your sweat glands from sweating. Linked to Alzheimer’s disease and "gene instability" in breast tissue according to one study. On top of that, there is nothing natural about clogging your sweat glands, IMHO.

2. Parabens – Endocrine/hormone disruptors, found in 99% of breast cancer tissue sampled in this study

3. Phthalates – Helps ingredients stick to your skin. Several studies, like this one, have shown that phthalates could impact fetal development in pregnant women.

4. Triclosan – Helps kills bacteria. Some studies have linked it to unusual hormone activity. One study suggests it could be messing with our microbiomes and day-to-day operations of our genes.

5. Fragrance – Almost every scented product has “fragrance” among its ingredients. And while every single ingredient you’ll find in our products have been tested for toxicity and safety, due to an FDA loophole, manufacturers are not required to disclose what that "fragrance" is. This means it can be next to impossible to know if and what chemicals are in there.

We’ve (myself and my family) struggled for years to find a natural deodorant that would battle during the hottest season, workouts, and even just normal days. I mean we have tried them all!!! I found this and God answered my prayers….. it Works! Ok!!! It works! Take charge of your health. Treat your body well. Ditch the chemical stuff and go all natural.🖤🖤🖤🖤
