Why Rest is Crucial

At times resting is the most ideal and important thing to do after a training for long periods of time. The affects of not being prominent to have rest days intail is swayed to be more nagetibe than positive.

With rest your body can establish the time to allow the growth of muscles to still enhance and develop.

With rest you are allowing your body to decrease the chances of no injuries.

Allows the the body to refuel and stock up from the right food intake

People believe that by working out everyday is the way to be, however, from my understanding this isn’t the case as pushing your body to the max each and every day can limit performance for other days

My way of looking at it - Take the rest days as training days for your body to recover to then push even more in the next

My Top 5 Tips on How to Maintain a Healthy lifestyle

1 - Eat healthy - By maintaining a balanced diet allows the ability to set healthy mentality and mindset, create bigger and better ideas and by creating ideas comes opportunities. Food is and energy source for you to strive and become the person you want to become. My top tip have 5/ 6 days clean eating and If you feel like eating a pizza however go for it, why not! we all need cheat day 😜

2 - Stay Active - Find a hobby, try out new experiences within the fitness world. I’m sure one sport will jump out at you. This will ensure a focus, a driving sensation to push on leading you to new things 🏃‍♂️

3 - Be around positive people - This is a big one, by surrounding yourself with positive people always lifts spirits and enhances moods in a great way. You mind and your overall self will feel on top of the world 🌎

4 Speak about your troubles - For me I was always a culprit for keeping my emotions locked away and always looking great but in fact inside having many thoughts spiralling in my mind. This year those thoughts have been spoken out relieving all the stresses and worries I faced. Take will tell for when you or anyone reading this with worries going round in their minds but believe me it’s a great feeling after all the thoughts have been spoken out 🗣

5 - JUST BE YOU!!! - There’s no need to be someone who you know your not, without being yourself may cause many problems however if your being yourself and someone doesn’t like it then tough luck you keep being yourself as I’m sure other people love how you are 💪🏻

The encouragement to keep on going 💪🏻🌎🧠

Heading into 2021 I have many goals that I’ve already stated within the last post that I had provided out onto the page

The only possible route to get to where I am today is going through such a crazy ride which the year of 2020 occurred

It’s been a disappointing year for many with the loss of loved ones seeing them go but fly high above wherever we go next, getting the grips that this virus isn’t going to go over night and lastly, understanding the best way to cope under these uneeded circumstances.

The encouragement to keep going and push ahead is the way forward!!understanding that you can’t change the past but knowing that it’s UP TO YOU! how to deal with the situations that have occurred.

My route was to educate myself, learn about resilience and come to terms with speaking out the problems that I’ve faced over this year. THIS YEAR I have created a brand much more than just fitness, THIS YEAR I have grown confidence, THIS YEAR I have taken opportunities and more

Over the course of 2020 what a year it has been, the factor that it is arguably the worst year which people may have experienced with it still a dominant force today.

This has been a problem in so many ways in terms of ruining the chances and opportunities for people to achieve new challenges whatever they be, relationships and for me and the main sting of affecting peoples mental health and many more!

This year can be considered as a year that needs to be forgotten about - For me this year has been a learning experience/ lesson - DONT TAKE EVERYTHING FOR GRANTED!!

Achievements in 2020
1. Started up a new fitness brand (OptimumPowerCoaching)
2. Getting the best grades possible from my Sports and Performance in coaching course
3. Delivered our many warm up sessions for college
4. Delivered out a 1-2-1 football coaching session
5. Got out of a really negative head space throughout lockdown 1 and now am more focused and positive as ever
6. Created a business plan

Next year - 2021
1. Achieve my PT qualification 2
2. Achieve my first qualification in S+C
3. Increase the growth of OPC
4. Maintain going to the gym (Body Inflence)
5. Increase knowledge in PT and fitness overall
6. Look at renting a building to train OPC clients

Believe in yourself!!

Over this past year of looking back and seeing the hurdles that I’ve overcome - not coping well at all in the first lockdown, injuries that prevented me from playing sports, seeing people pass away knowing that I would never see them again yet still coming out stronger and much more wiser entitling me to go out of my comfort zone and go beyond my previous abilities, getting the grip of wanting to understand how businesses work and most of all helping myself!

The thoughts that when your having a bad time in a stage of life with no understanding of when that may change, I sollumly believe that a positive light at the end of a much dark tunnel will appear filled with new life experiences, endulging great new opportunities to move on and better yourself and potentially create another dimension of life that YOU never thought would ever occur.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND STRIVE TO GAIN - Understanding, health and well-being, trying new things - It’s your life it’s your choice how you make it work 🙌🏻💪🏻❤️

What a year 2020 has been

Wow, this year has been such a rollercoaster full of emotions encountering a huge surprising shock from COVID 19 with the unknowing of how bad this terrible desease is ruining everybody’s 2020 experiences that YOU! may have wanted to achieve by the end of this year

I just want to remind everyone that your not on your own if you ever are struggling remaining in a negative thoughts but this is where OPC can provide a positive effect on YOU! joining in the workout videos, regaining back the hardworking mentality.

I started off in a bad mindset with putting myself in the pits and not coming out of it having no sense of what my future may hold breaking up my confidence and self belief. I knew at one simple moment I had to change my mentality as quickly as possible

Ensuring support was the like the medicine that made me fight away all the little problems that I had in my mind and challenged them to become the person I am today insisting on achieving so much more than what I could ever imagine.

This is more than just a FITNESS PAGE. It’s a page full of life experiences. So come on join the OPC and feel apart of something great 🙌🏻💪🏻❤️🔑
