Beautiful souls, the light of our upcoming Full Moon is a powerful energy allowing shadows within our collective to be revealed.

While we continue to rise into our light and stand as sovereign beings, this global awakening is our opportunity to come back home to the place that has given us each our birth right...the Womb.

While many continue to reject, complain, and resist the greatest ability to cleanse our internal waters, it is through loving and honoring our sacred moon time of the month when we heal lineages of trauma, oppression, pain, and fear.

This morning I woke up to beautiful red blood flowing from my body with tears of joy flooding down my face.

I’ve been with great heaviness of personal clearings over the past 4 weeks and knew this moon cycle in itself would be a rebirth!

Today, I give deep honor and appreciation to my flow. My flow of life. My flow of letting go. My flow of releasing. My flow of blood that was waiting to be my medicine.

I’ve been using my Womb Blend morning and night to support my process of releasing. In the morning, I have a ritual where I rub my blend on my womb, take a deep inhale into my hands that I rubbed on my belly, and I dance.

I move my body. I touch my body. I dance my hips, thighs, and pelvis to sweet songs honoring Pachamama. I state loving affirmations of healing, love, and light to my body. I thank my body for being a vessel of creation.

All I need to do is close my eyes and my soul is transported to the lush jungles of Costa Rica.
It was here where I was reminded of my feminine primal connection to Mother Earth, her heart beat, with all the plants & animals which thrive on her.

As divine feminine leaders, we are being called to surrender with grace to our hearts desire. We are being called to shed an old suit that simply no longer fits where we desire to go.

We can go with the flow
Or we can be one with the flow as we allow fragments of our shadow, fears, & limitations to shed from the inside out.

Our collective is being reborn and it truly feels like taking those first few breaths after entering from the womb.
