This months theme will be Sound Healing and Therapy. We have multiple healers including and who are excited to share how they utilize healing frequencies, rhythms, and sounds to assist in their healing journey and the journey of others.

We will be having some hands on experiences so you can experience these instruments and tools, as well as a group meditation with intuitive sound healing for the collective consciousness.

March Meetup!

This meet up we will be discussing Narcan and community safety through a holistic lens.
-
Narcan is a life saving medicine used to treat opioid overdose in a quick and effective way. Thanks to our partnership with we have the opportunity to distribute this medicine to our community members.

We will be learning about Narcan and how to administer it, as well as discussing how we can holistically approach the event of an opioid overdose.
-
This is the intersection between modern and traditional approaches to medicine and healing. We are honored to have the oppurtunity to sit at this intersection and share wellness with our brothers and sisters.
