Today is a great opportunity to look at how far we have come. So many people talking about and even celebrating the . However, still so much work to do before ALL women in have access to equitable, evidenced-based menopause care.

A powerful article on WalesOnline featuring Tracy & Lisa, two women who bravely shared their difficult menopause journeys at our All Wales Menopause Conference on 8th October. Hopefully, by raising awareness and improving education we can ensure more women don't experience the same difficulties.
