🎀 Sleep - walking helps regulate sleep patterns and improve sleep quality ☀️especially when done early morning & evenings before bed
🎀 Digestion & Blood Sugar Regulation - walking after meals aids in digestion and improves insulin sensitivity 🎀 Weight Management- walking burns calories (roughly 30-40 calories per 1000 steps) so it’s an easy way to increase your caloric expenditure and manage your weight.
