Tonight is my last night on Amelia Island for the year. I’ve been spending at least one week on the island since I was 14 or 15 years old. These last few years, I’ve made sure to attend a class as often as possible. This year it was 7 out of 8 days. I took a dive through the MindBody app to find my first class - it was in 2016 right in the middle of my yoga teacher training. 💕
