Growing up I was often humiliated and embarrassed.

So I ate to numb my emotions.

I had a Severe Stutter.

I knew what I had to say

I even knew what the next words needed to be

But I felt stuck

7 people that have made such a difference to me in 2023.

At the start of 2023 I had a choice.

Make it like every other year with excuses or

Take action.

I place personal development high on my values.

So much so that I worked with 7 coaches just this year lolโ€ฆ

Yes I bled $$ but it was so worth it! ๐Ÿ˜‚

I was once told that success loves speed. ๐Ÿ’จ
