The number one reason I see that people don't reach their goals is because of their unrealistic expectations of themselves. Some believe that the only way to be successful is to never fail. Nothing is farther from the truth. Perfection is not possible. It’s about the choices you make when you do fail that lead to success. You can choose to quit and give up or learn from the failure and move forward. It’s all up to YOU!

I cry a lot! Becoming a mother has been the most terrifying, exhausting and rewarding thing I have ever done in my life. The life I have built with my husband and my three children is my greatest accomplishment. It took me until my 3rd child was born to realize that it’s ok to not to be ok once in a while, it’s ok to ask for help, it’s ok to take a little time each day to take care for my emotional and physical needs, and it’s ok to cry! I truly became a more relaxed and patient mother once I realized this and put it into practice.
Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers and women who take on the role of motherhood each and every day !

Everyone is different and different things work for them, but being healthy doesn’t have to be hard, and mindset and habits are key to living a healthy lifestyle.
