All cells and tissues, including those involved in reproduction, require an adequate supply of oxygen to function properly.

Here are some reasons why iron levels are important for fertility:

Oxygen Transport: Hemoglobin, found in red blood cells, transports oxygen from the lungs to different parts of the body, including the reproductive organs. Oxygen is vital for cellular function, and a lack of iron can lead to insufficient oxygen delivery to these tissues.

Cellular Function: Iron is a component of enzymes involved in various cellular processes, including DNA synthesis and cellular respiration. These processes are critical for the development and functioning of eggs and s***m.

Preventing Anemia: Iron deficiency can lead to anemia, a condition where there is a reduced number of red blood cells or insufficient hemoglobin to carry oxygen. Anemia can result in fatigue, weakness, and reduced overall health, which may impact fertility.

IMPORTANT message to people wanting to take charge of their health but mainly addressing couples trying to conceive. 🥚 How are you doing? 🥚 What has changed in the past year to bring you closer to fertility health? 🥚 If you've done multiple medical interventions and your mental, emotional, and physical health are not better off, and even worse then THIS is a sign you need to reassess your approach. 🥚 You want to have a healthy baby! Right? 🥚 If that's true, then you cannot skip steps! You need to start from the beginning. 🥚 What do I mean by that? Well, you need to give your bodies fertility rest tools which will help you achieve your fertility goals! 🥚 Let's imagine you're super overweight and you go to the doctors and you ask "Please help me, I'm trying to lose weight but it's not happening". 🥚 What do you expect the doctor to do? 🥚 1) Give you pills to suddenly loose all the weight you've carried for all these years? 🥚 2) Do a bypass surgery? 🥚 What is the effect from both of these methods? 🥚 Very very slim that you'll attain that slim figure you're dreaming of. With method #2, you might achieve a temporary "success" however, you know very well, it's not going to last because nothing else has changed in your life. You didn't address the root cause of what's making you gain that weight. 🥚 Same with fertility. Taking pills changes nothing to improve your health.
