💥 TUNA AND TACO SALAD BOATS

One of my favorite meal preparations, easy, high in protein and low in carbohydrates. And with just a couple of simple ingredients, you can make it super tasty. I love using taco seasoning with my tuna, if you haven't tried it I highly recommend it.
This is how I did it:
1. Take a large bowl and add 3 cans of your favorite prickly pear. I made a large batch, but feel free to scale it down or up based on your own needs.
2. Finely, say 3 pickles, 1 small shallot, and 1/2 large jalapeño. I saved the seeds in my jalapeño because I wanted things a little spicy, but you do it.
3. Add 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt. The proportion is 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt for each can of prickly pear. If you prefer to use just mayonnaise, you absolutely can.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of high-quality taco seasoning and a pinch of salt.
5. Mix very well to make sure everything is well incorporated.
6. Take some romaine lettuce leaves and put a heaping tablespoon of prickly pear salad on each one.
7. Top it with whatever you want. I added a couple of thin slices of avocado, finely chopped fresh cilantro, and red chili flakes. Some hot sauce also came after recording.

Here's how to make the salad:
1 pound (454 g) ground beef 97/3
6 cups (510 g) shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
1/2 cup (60 g) chopped white onion
1/4 cup pickles
1/2 cup (112 g) low-calorie big mac sauce
Big Mac Sauce:
1/2 cup (120 g) light miracle shake (or light mayonnaise, will add some calories)
3 tablespoons (42 g) sugar-free ketchup
1 tablespoon (14 g) mustard
2 tablespoons (25 g) dill sauce
1 tablespoon (14 g) white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika

You only need:
➡️250g broccoli (raw)
➡️2 more
➡️1 teaspoon of salt
➡️1 teaspoon of spices
➡️Topping of your choice: tomato sauce, cheese, tomatoes, etc.
Finely chop the raw broccoli with a food processor or blender. Then add the eggs and spices and put the mixture in a pan with a little oil. Bake on medium heat for about 5-8 minutes with the lid on. Then spread with sauce and top with your choice. Cover again until the cheese melts and that's it! Very loyal!

This is how I made mine:
1. Start with a bell pepper. Wash and dry. Then cut it in half, quarters or thirds and clean the middle.
2. Distribute your favorite condiments. I chose mayonnaise and Dijon mustard; you can use whatever you want. If you like it spicy, add a little sriracha or hot sauce.
3. Add your favorite vegetables and greens. I chose some spicy arugula and tomato.
4. Add your favorite protein. I chose local pastrami. Again, use your favorite protein, shredded protein of your choice, tuna or whatever you prefer.
5. Top it with your favorite cheese. Today I chose Brie, which I had tempered for about 30 minutes to make it creamier.
6. Add some creamy avocado slices.
7. Then add the seasoning of your choice (salt, freshly ground pepper, all bagel seasoning, chili lime seasoning, all solid motions)
8. Place the other side of the pepper on top, press down, then cut in half.

PUMPKIN COTTAGE CHEESE ICE CREAM (HIGH PROTEIN) 🎃🍨👇
You'll need
1 16oz container of cottage cheese.
1/3 cup keto maple syrup
½ - 1 cup pure pumpkin
1-2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings of choice - I used crushed toasted pecans.
1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine all of your ingredients (minus the toppings) until smooth and creamy.
2. Transfer to an airtight container and sprinkle with crushed toasted pecans.
3. Put the container in the freezer (with the lid on) and take it out every 45 minutes to an hour to stir (otherwise, the edges will freeze first and the center will still be too soft).
4. Depending on how thick you like your ice cream, it should be ready in 3-4 hours.

Egg Frittata 🤤
make it
1) put parchment paper and grease with olive oil (spray is easier).
2) crack the eggs you want (I made 6 for me and my boyfriend).
3) add salt, pepper and onion powder.
4) aadd desired ingredients! i made spinach, @raw_farm_by_op raw cheddar, and tomato.
5) air fry for 12 minutes at 350 degrees F (give or take depending on how you like your yolks cooked)

PIZZA WITH BROCCOLI DOUGH 🥦
Forget conventional pizza. This broccoli rind is a serious contender, it tastes amazing! 🤤
👉 Ingredients: Serves 4
*Broccoli rind
4 small broccoli crowns
3 eggs
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste
*Toppings
1 cup of grated mozzarella
1 ounce sliced pepperoni
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
👉 Preparation:
*Broccoli rind
1. Preheat your oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Steam your whole broccoli florets for about 8 minutes or until just tender when pierced with a fork. Transfer them to a cutting board, remove the stem parts and chop them. Chop the tiny florets. Transfer them to a cheese cloth or a thin, clean kitchen towel and proceed to extract as much liquid as possible.
3. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, eggs, 1½ cups mozzarella, 1/3 cup Parmesan, garlic, parsley, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and spread it out gently, gathering it together and forming an oval. The bark should be about 2.5 cm high. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
*Mounting:
When the dough is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle it evenly with the rest of the mozzarella, pepperoni and grated Parmesan. Return to oven at room temperature for a few minutes or until cheese is melted.
