I recently met with Veda Austin for a chat ahead of her talk in Maidstone, Kent on Saturday 14th October.
Over the new couple of weeks I will be sharing snippets of our conversation. So many people, myself included, are feeling called to the water and I asked Veda why she thinks this is.
Veda's presentation in Kent is 5 hours long, giving her the opportunity to cover many topics including her work with water, what water can tell us about ancient mysteries and details she doesn’t usually have time to share, such as about her near death experience. This is a rare chance to see Veda speak in person with some Q&A at the end.

Easy creamy tahini dressing 😋
Ingredients
1/4 cup tahini (I use @mightysesameco)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1tbsp pure maple syrup
2-4tbsp hot water from the kettle
Method
1. Add the tahini to a bowl.
2. Add lemon juice and maple syrup then mix. It will start to thicken.
3. Start by adding 2tbsp hot water from the kettle and whisk. Add more until you reach your desired consistency (will depend on thickness of your tahini)
3. Add more maple syrup, lemon juice of water if you wish, to your taste. I like to drizzle mine over salads and tray bakes.
Sesame seeds are a great source of protein and healthy fats. They are rich in vitamin E, folate, B vitamins, calcium (1/4 cup of sesame seeds contains more calcium than 1 cup of milk), iron, zinc, magnesium and selenium, as well as fibre, antioxidants and amino acids.
Medical medium says ‘Sesame seeds have the unique ability to nourish the nervous system, strengthen hormone production, support the cardiovascular system, benefit the digestive system, and reduce fatigue.’
Add to recipes, sprinkle on salads and stir fries or use as tahini is recipes such as this.
