This weekend I was part of an event at OneLife Fitness with Valerie Flowe, (thank you, my friend), that raised money for Alzheimers Awareness.
As a former life enrichment director who worked directly with this population, as well as personally experiencing this in my family, one of the groups I support as a coach are people in transition.
