TRAVEL BFF! Went to Morocco last week and my system was rocked! 20+ hour travel days, time changes, foreign foods etc. Rookie came in clutch, here’s exactly how I used it:
WAKE: gentle cues for changing wake and sleep cycles. Gave energy on long days, I started using on the plane on my way there.
SLEEP: took Sleep after arriving in Morocco to cue the circadian rhythm and get a restful sleep without feeling groggy the next morning.
GREENS: foreign foods, new foods can wreak havoc on the gut, not to mention bloating from travel. Digestive enzymes and natural energy each morning helped tackle the day ahead.
