How to Stop Late Night Hunger Pangs?

Are you up till late night due to work and feels hungry?
This is due to hunger hormone called ‘ghrelin’ known to increase in response to fasting and recurrent feeding patterns which makes you hungry.

Here are some tips to beat the night-time hunger pangs👇

⭐Eat small frequents meals. Avoid skipping mid meals.
⭐According to research, chewing gum for atleast 45min promotes fullness and suppresses hunger, appetite and cravings for snacks.
⭐Try spritzing on some vanilla-scented perfume, using a vanilla air freshener or lighting a vanilla-scented candle for suppressing sugar cravings.
⭐Brush your teeth after dinner as this will indicate you’re closing the day.
⭐Have a routine for meal and sleep times as it can help you break unhealthy cycles.
⭐Avoid storing junk at home instead replace it with healthy snacks
⭐Distract yourself by indulging in hobbies or try out relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing, repetitive prayers, etc.

THE HISTORY BEHIND SHABEEL 👇👇

छबील क्यूं लगाई जाती है....

श्री गुरु अर्जुनदेव जी को जिस दिन गर्म तवी पर बिठाया गया,उसी शाम को गुरु जी को वापिस जेल मे डाल दिया गया, और बहुत सख्त पहरा लगा दिया गया कि कोई भी गुरुजी से मिल ना सके।

उस समय चँदू लाहोर का नवाब था।
जिसके हुकुम से ये सब हूआ था, उसी रात को चँदू की पत्नी, चँदू का पुत्र कर्मचंद और पुत्रवधू गुरु अर्जुनदेव जी से मिलने जेल मे गए तो सिपाहियों ने उन्हें आगे नहीं जाने दिया, तो चँदू की पत्नी और पुत्रवधू ने अपने सारे जेवरात उतार कर सिपाहियों को दे दिये और उस जगह पहुंच गए जहाँ गुरु जी कैद थे।....

जब चँदू के परिवार ने गुरुजी की हालत देखी तो सभी रोने लगे कि इतने बड़े महापुरुष के साथ ऐसा सलूक ?
तब चँदू की पत्नी ने कहा गुरुजी मैं आपके लिए ठंडा मिठा शरबत लेकर आई हूँ कृपया करके शरबत पी लिजिए, ये कहते हुए शरबत का गिलास गुरुजी के आगे रख दिया, तो गुरुजी ने मना कर दिया और कहा हम प्रण कर चुके हैं कि हम चँदू के घर का पानी भी नहीं पियेंगे।ये सुन कर चँदू की पत्नी की आँखें भर आईऔर बोली कि मैंने तो सुना है कि गुरुजी के घर से कोई खाली हाथ नहीं गया पर ?

तब गुरु जी ने वचन किया कि माता इस मुख से तो मैं तेरा शरबत नहीं पियूँगा, पर हां एक समय ऐसा जरुर आएगा जब ये जो शरबत आप लेकर आयीं हैं, आपके नाम का ये शरबत हजारों लोग पिलाएंगे और लाखों लोग पिएंगे।आपकी सेवा सफल होगी।

आज ये छबील लगाई और पिलाई जाती है ये गुरु अर्जुन देव जी का वचन है, ये है छबील का इतिहास जो देश के हर गांव और शहर में ठंडे मिठे पानी की छबीलें लगाई जाती है।

तब चँदू की पुत्रवधू ने गुरु जी से विनती की,कि महाराज कल आपको शहीद कर दिया जयेगा, मेरी आपसे एक ही विनती है कि कल जब आप ये शरीर रुपी चोला छोड़ो तो मैं भी अपना शरीर छोड़ दूँ,मैं लोगों के ताने नहीं सुन सकती कि वो देखो चँदू की पुत्रवधू जा रही जिसके ससुर ने श्री गुरू अर्जुन देव जी को शहीद किया था।अगले दिन जब गुरु जी को शहीद किया गया तो चँदू की पुत्रवधू भी शरीर त्याग गई।

ये होता है अपने गुरु से सच्चा प्यार और गुरु के प्रति श्रध्दा।
बातों से कभी ईश्वर नहीं मिलता, यहां तो 90-90साल के बुर्जुग भी मरने को तैयार नहीं,
पर धन है चँदू की पुत्रवधू

इस बारे मे लोगों को बहुत कम ही जानकारी है, सोचा आज की पीढ़ी तक गुरु इतिहास की ये जानकारी जरूर पहुँचनी चाहिये
