“Besides walking in the neighborhood or on beaches, one can always enjoy hiking or mountain climbing. Many people enjoy dancing, and there are many different dances to try. Dancing has the added bonus of facilitating bonding with a partner or groups of friends. I find belly dancing to be great fun, and it gives a good workout. The point here is that there are many ways to exercise.
Pick one or a few things you like to do and have fun with exercise.
Participating in multiple different types allows you to move other body parts and strengthens your muscles and bones while you release stress. If you think of exercise as a chore, it is a struggle, but it is fun and so much easier if you think of it as a time to play”
