I’m hosting a gentle class tomorrow (1/11) @ 9:45a (est), it’s 60m & no experience is needed! Yin is mostly on the floor, gentle but V productive. Our focus will be low back & we’ll use house props (pillows/blankets) for support. Injured? Don’t worry, you will be in full control of the situation. Repetition. This is the has become the most structured part of my personal practice (brings balance to my ‘go w/the flow’ outlook🙃). It feels as mesmerizing as it looks and has become a form of therapy for me. Physically, I can feel my muscle memory building and showing up in daily movement. I’m here for it but you may just me here for pretty clouds and puppies!

I cater my classes to the clients that show up, which makes each class different. I start at a beginner level and invite advanced guided options. You decide if you want to explore those limits, safely. Class leaves you feeling connected to your body and maybe even a little impressed🥰

Mondays are the hardest day for me to get motivated. I have no secret to getting over it but I can tell you I try to do something that feels like low effort. Such as using all my props to help move me along, props can feel therapeutic and help advance a practice. They’re a support system, use them to their advantage!
