I used to think I didn’t have what it took to be successful. Hard truth, but my actions showed it and I own that. I failed to start the ignition, pull the trigger. It took an enormous amount of courage to just begin, and when I did, it took even more to keep going.

Ladies, don’t sleep on preparation. It’s like that same ole lie we tell ourselves about getting gas in the morning. You know when we running on E, but we put off getting gas in the morning only to have life happen and now we are running late the next morning 🤦🏾♀️!

✅Plan your weekly commitments on your calendar
✅Pick out your work clothes/gym clothes for the week or each night.
✅Hire a coach or plan your workouts before you get to the gym or workout at home.
✅Clean a little bit each day vs. marathon cleaning when someone comes over (I struggle with this one 😩)
✅Study a little consistently daily/weekly vs. cramming everything in
✅Even plan much needed rest
When things are done already, you create space for more things you enjoy and want to accomplish.
This is a success mindset that will help you win consistently in your health and wellness journey.
