Nothing compares to building a connection with nature through yoga 💚
🧘 We are proud to announce our 2022 Yoga Warrior is ... Vance Row!
Vance is a first responder who found his yoga practice during a difficult time of his life. It has since helped him find his center and create a healthy release from the stress of daily life. Vance hopes to share his yoga experience with other first responders and help them find a practice to calm both body and mind.
We'd also like to extend a huge thank you to the rest of our Yoga Warrior Community! You and your supporters helped us spread the word about Veterans Yoga Project and its mission to help veterans recovering from post-traumatic stress and other psychological difficulties through yoga and mindfulness practices. Be well always!
