Rain season and how to avoid burns from hot water.
1. Avoid carrying hot water in a open pot or bucket.
2. Do not carry hot water above your chest.
3. Carry hot water in tightly closed container below your waist.
4. Avoid burning your chest, joints, and the face.

One time I overheard, two people , advising a friend who was suffering from Acne ( pimples), "saying you should avoid 'this and that type of food". .... Unfortunately Foods are not a major aggravating factor to pimples. Some of the contributing factors include : hormonal, some oral contraceptives, specifically those containing progestins., topical acnegenic agents like heavy oils, grease tars, topical drugs like steroids tars,
Cosmetics especially those containing cocoa butter, fatty acids, isopropyl myristate, and Systemic medicines, like lithium, phenytoin, steroids, halogen, androgens, iodide, bromides, danazole. Always consult your Doctor, and check your cosmetics.
