On days you’re not feeling it, just show up to do 5-minutes. Often times, after those 5-minutes of moving you’ll feel more motivated to keep going 😅 other days, you’ll finish the 5-minutes and call it a day! Both are great. Stretching is essential!
I want you to be skeptical now about this stretch, I want you to express your doubts in the comments below. Do you have all it takes to once do that? I am sure you have all the physical requirements for that, or not? :)
So please comment below, just don't use invectives in your comments, because FB hides those comments automatically.
Many people say that very few humans can touch their toe with their elbow....general opinion is that you need to have either short legs, or long arms or combination of both....
Well, my opinions on this are:
1. 95% or more people in the world have the potential to achieve the Toe To Elbow Touch.... when it comes to arms and legs proportions. How about you? You can easily find out, just get a tape and measure length of your leg from to to your hip and compare it to the length of your trunk from extended elbow to your hip....
2. Getting into full splits is much easier and faster than touching your toe with your elbow. But it's possible, with a good smart and short routine.
3. Some people argue that not everyone can get into full splits, not in 4 weeks, not in 4 months, not in 4 or 40 years....
Well, first of all....full splits are not needed to achieve at all...this method can easily get you into full splits, but the majority of people turn to stretching because they want to get rid of some issue like pain in some body part, lack of mobility in some body part.... gain strength in maybe pelvic floor....or they are athletes that sense stretching can help them address some issue they have trouble with.
If you have fibromyalgia or muscle spasticity, stretching is not an option for you.... it is mandatory.... it's a must for you! You will see huge relief after a week or two.... your progress will be slow month by month.... but it's something you want to stick to....3 times per week.... stick to it. Don't miss one single day.... sooner or later you will be crazily happy you didn't miss one single stretching session... I am expecting your personal message after few months 🙂
4. As an author of this program, 46 yo, I admit I am pretty flexible.... I can do front or side split anytime, anywhere using the same contraction/relaxation method that I am teaching in my stretching program. On the other hand, I have never been able to touch my toe with my elbow in my life. If I get 50 comments saying, Touch Toe by Xmas 2022 - I will take it as a challenge a post a video on Xmas day showing me doing the Toe To Elbow Stretch 🙂 If I get 100 comments with that text, I will do it on Nov 24,2022 - one month earlier... if I get 200 comments commenting Touch Toe, I will post a video where I am touching my toe on Oct 24, 2022 🙂
It all comes down to proper method of stretching and your will to achieve some goal in a reasonable but kind of urgent time frame.
Everyone should exercise, no matter if you're 14 or 78 - if you know how, it's just 10 - 20 minutes 2 or 3 times per week...that is all you need to do for your body. Anything more is counterproductive and anything less is below required intensity.
Becoming flexible is easy if you have the scientific know-how and the will to never skip a day! 🙂

🔥 I've said this before and I'll say it again...
Make sure to think outside the box today. I have to remind myself of this often because I have the tendency to fall into familiar habits and limiting beliefs. Sometimes the things you think you have to do are actually not that important. Maybe you can replace them with things you want to do and still be even more productive.
Your actions are always driven by your thoughts and emotions. But your thoughts and emotions are often the results of old programming in your brain. If you can notice the familiar patterns in your thinking and your emotions, you can then try to move away from them. That’s when you’ll often come up with new ideas.
Be more strategic with your goals.
