Come join us on the beach for a day of community and fun! I am excited to announce this co-ed event to promote healthy lifestyles while supporting a good cause. This event is more than a work out and you won’t want to miss it!

• Community! As an adult, it can be challenging to find real connections. Events like these, bring with like-minded people together and create community!

•Exercise! (Movement) “Exercise” can look different to everybody, but sometimes we forget as long as we’re moving our bodies and having fun that is enough. This event is going to be exactly that. Even though it’s going to be challenging you’re gonna have fun doing it!

•Supporting a good cause! All funds are going to be donated to Recovery RX to help support people in recovery towards a new healthier path.

Why do we always hesitate to do something for ourselves that makes us feel good?

If you feel it in your heart, and it makes sense to you, then take the leap, and figure out the rest later.

It’s easy to hold back to be content. It takes courage in space of fear to do something you love.. and that’s worth everything!
Moving to ocean has made me feel at home and back to my truest self (We all get lost at times). Everything divinely falls in place when you’re on the right path. So I remind you, make space for clarity, tap into the heart, listen, and go for what makes you happy.

Come to Pedasi to experience a surfer's paradise; warm blue water and uncrowded surf spots. We will be immersed in the culture of Panama. We intend to pour back into the community of the locals during our stay supporting local businesses and cleaning up the beaches. Every day will include surf lessons, yoga, fresh fruit, coconut water, and so much more!
