🌳 „COMING FROM A HIGHER POWER, THE ROOTS BEGIN TO FLOWER” 🌺

Could not help but share the quote & artwork by my super talented multidisciplinary friend Aleksandra from Inner Flow Creative, which unintentionally and yet so perfectly, capture the essence of Systemic Constellations work;

💚 the green networks -> symbolising the realm of the living
🖤 the black networks -> symbolising the realm of the deceased and/or the unseen entanglements & loyalties between the living & the dead
❤️ the red networks -> symbolising the underlying Love, Strength and Support available to us within our roots, at all times, even in the presence of entanglements.

Gradually, thanks to Systemic Constellations, we can turn most of the black networks into red (if not all of them, ultimately, with time) and set ourselves free from the fate of others, to live our own unique destiny, carving our very own path with new choices (perhaps for the first time ever, compared to our ancestors).

It is a true privilege to be alive today 🌟

🌳 BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE DO NOT JUST HAPPEN

Rumi told us that the wound is the place where the light can enter.
Khalil Gibran told us that out of suffering emerges the strongest souls, that the most massive characters are seared with scars.
Marcus Aurelius told us that the impediment to action advances action, that what stands in the way becomes the way.
Napoleon Hill told us that every adversity, every failure, and every heartache carries with it the seeds of an equal or greater benefit.
Elisabeth Kübler-Ross told us that the most beautiful people we have known are those “who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths.

These writers have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern.”
That “beautiful people do not just happen.”

When Joseph Campbell outlined the hero’s journey for us, the premise was that at the moment of the deepest and most unmoving difficulty, the protagonist recognized that it was they who must change. That which seemed to derail the path was the pinnacle moment at which the true path was actually revealed.

In each case, the epiphany is that the presence of the challenge is the initiator. If we are lucky, our lives will continue to grow as we are presented with new paths, and various obstacles among them. To heal is not to arrive at a place where we are absolved of that difficulty, but where we no longer interpret the presence of it as our finality, our ending. Rather, we come to see it is as yet another beginning in support of the continual unfolding of all we will one day know ourselves to be.

In a world where most of us die before we are dead, where most of us hyper-fixate on what we cannot control and leave to ruins everything that we can, where most of us fear our humanness and our vulnerability — I hope you find the courage to try. I hope you will come to see that just maybe, beneath the journey you fear to take is the life you had been waiting for, all along.~

🙏 A Traditional Náhuatl Prayer 🙏

"I release my parents from the feeling that they have failed with me.

I release my children from the need to make me proud, so that they can write their own ways, according to their hearts.

I release my partner from the obligation to make me feel complete.

I lack nothing in myself.

I learn with all the beings that surround me through all time.

I thank my grandparents and ancestors who met so that today I breathe life. And I release them from the faults of the past and from the wishes they did not fulfill, aware that they did the best they could to resolve their situations, within the consciousness they had at that moment.

I honor them, I love them, and I recognize their innocence.

I bare my soul before their eyes and that is why they know that I do not hide or owe anything, more than being faithful to myself and my own existence, walking with the wisdom of the heart.

I am aware that I am fulfilling my life project, free of visible and invisible family loyalties that may disturb my peace and my happiness, which are my greatest responsibilities.

I renounce the role of savior, of being the one who unites or who fulfills the expectations of others.

And learning through LOVE, I bless my essence and my way of expressing, although there may be someone who cannot understand me.

I understand myself, because only I lived and experienced my story; because I know myself, I know who I am, what I feel, what I do and why I do it.

I respect and approve.

I honor the Divinity in me and in you.
