I will be offering 2 x weekly -virtual- classes for April/May/June at NOON on MONDAY & WEDNESDAY

I will have limited evening availability this summer. But I love being in person with you all and I want to offer one outdoor class per week.

So we did a thing early-on in Covid Isolation.... (hubby) got super handy and built us three amazing garden boxes

We planted some leftover seeds from our neighbour and hubby’s mom, late in the gardening season...

We had ZERO experience and ZERO expectations for the garden this year...

BUT here we are; with a full bed of veggies and another bed full of raspberry bushes!

Beginners Luck... with the help of many others! Haha

We are pumped to have had the time to care for our food babies this growing season...
I hope we can continue to grow our own food every year!

Hubby has become a full blown carpenter, building unique pieces like this custom bench for our back deck seating area and an amazing outdoor dining table with built in fire element...which is stunning...and I am so thankful for 💙✨



I have become a talented decorator and fake stained glass artist!

AND I’ve been able to work hard at studying bodyweight strength training, for my outdoor BootCamp Classes that I am so greatful to be able to host and guide people to a healthier lifestyle ☀️



There have been many things that we have been thankful for during these strange covid times... BUT most of all we are thankful for our extra time together as a family 🥰

One thing we do is try to stay consistent with a healthy habit

For us, we make lunch E A S Y by enjoying a fresh salad every day for lunch! 😋

It’s a yummy way to get a full load of veggies and healthy protein, by adding nuts & seeds....
to switch up the flavor we make simple switches by changing the dressing, adding cheese, or berries... 🚨✨

Now that the weekend is over... are you re-assessing if your healthy intake is in proportion to your treat in take?

Around here we try to stick to the 80/20 rule

Basically all that means for us, is that we eat healthy for 80% (or more) of each day (or you can even reflect on this on a weekly basis if you need a little more wiggle room for the weekends/special occasions/etc)

This rule, along with planning ahead, and sticking to a routine, helps us find a healthy balance!
