🔻Machine press (immediate dropset to half weight each set)

🔻Inclined cable fly crossovers

🔻Dumbbell pullovers
.
🔻Pec dec machine /FST7s (7 sets of 10-12 reps with no more than 20 seconds between each set)
.
➖All exercises besides pec dec are 4 sets of 12-15 reps (you should be failing in that rep range)

I didn't workout for 7 weeks (almost 2 months!) but I still kept myself lean in spite of going to Spain for almost a month, and eating whatever I wanted for almost 7 weeks without working out!
You know how that's possible?
- Intermittent fasting.
I didn't eat anything for like 12 to 16 hours when I knew I was going to eat like an animal that day.
Today I finally got back to the gym!
When I go to the gym I do kind of intermittent fasting, but instead of not eating anything for 12 to 16 hours, I just have high protein meals during that period.
